With over 20 years of experience as a graphic designer (public & private sector), I enjoy working in all aspects of visual communication design and creating unique custom pieces in the areas of print media, branding and logo design, web design, and illustration.
Originally from Ohio, I currently reside in Portland, Oregon. Besides working as a graphic designer I also serve part-time as a traditional guardsman in the Oregon Air National Guard with the 142nd Wing Public Affairs office, where I work in various capacities as a photographer, webmaster and visual communications specialist.
Prior to my career as a graphic designer, I served three years in the active U.S. Army (1995-98) as a Early Warning System Operator (14J) with the 1st Infantry Division's, 4th of the 3rd Air Defense Artillery Battalion out of Kitzingen, Germany.
My educational background consists of degrees from Portland State University located in Portland, Oregon, and the The Modern College of Design in Kettering, Ohio, as well as professional military and civilian continued education.
